I am now in the process of accomplishing study to fix aspects of deficiency within our program. I am working to develop greater ways of interacting with my teaching staffs. As our business has matured, we now have a couple of people that have some experience below their devices and we’re finding a few educated new men into the program. This can be a huge change from when we first started and had lots of skeptical rookie “father” coaches. While we possibly execute a better work of this than most youth baseball clubs, we desire to be the best at it, that’s our standard.
